Living the Porsche Life

Most people when they cannot find something they like, they stop looking and give up. As for Ferdinand Anton Ernst, the founder of Porsche, he did the unexpected.

“In the beginning I looked around and could not find quite the car I dreamed of. So I decided to build it myself” (Ferdinand Anton Ernst).

How it all started

The founder, nicknamed Ferry Porsche, decided to build his own sports car so that he can finally be satisfied. Now, the company still follows the same principle that Ferry Porsche had once instituted which is referred to as the Porsche Principle. This principle states that they aim to get the most out of everything. They strive to translate performance into speed- and success- in the best way possible.

Since 1948, the Germany company has been providing the world with the best sports cars. The first car built by Porsche type 356 “No. 1” Roadster. Porsche has always strived to make the best version they can of every car. Perfectionism is always a goal with their brand. They have the best cars in performance and technology with cars like the 918 Spyder and GT3 RS. And they have an array of luxury vehicles like the Panamera and Cayenne. Of course you cannot forget about their race cars. Ferry Porsche started the company solely on the idea of making the perfect race car. He did not disappoint.

Porsche’s goal

Now, the brand has decided to expand and build the brand to be the best it can possibly be all while releasing the greatest sports cars that get your heart beating a little bit faster. They wanted to set the record for all other sports cars. They did this numerous of times, recently there has been the first all-electric Porsche in 2015, in 2017 the third generation of the Cayenne was released that changed the game for SUV sports cars. Porsche hasn’t decided to end there, they are always thinking about the future.

Overall when looking for a great brand with a wonderful history you have to consider Porsche. Porsche has been a landmark for so many movies, commercials, fascinating things and more. The whole world loves the Porsche brand, there have been forums, clubs, website features and so much more based on just the brand. When you get the chance to sit in a Porsche, you will never want to be taken out of it.
